    Maintenance / Update Terms

    Warranty:

    The warranty is valid with the presence of the invoice for parts, electronic devices, diagnostic devices, and programming devices for a period of two years starting from the date of purchase invoice.

    General exceptions not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty:

    • Defects or malfunctions arising from the consumer’s misuse, failure to comply with usage instructions, negligence, accidents, sabotage, maintenance work not in accordance with product recommendations, or neglecting maintenance. (This is also determined by our engineer)
    • If the serial numbers are tampered with, changed, or if the CompuCar warranty label or the manufacturer’s warranty label is tampered with or removed.
    • Costs of replacing lost parts or consumable parts (buttons, cables, accessories, plugs or sockets, bulbs, batteries, etc.).
    • Paint defects, scratches, and problems due to inaccurate installations not authorized by the manufacturer.
    • CompuCar is only responsible for manufacturing defects and does not bear the consequences of misuse of the device/part leading to the damage of any of its components due to the customer’s negligence. In such cases, maintenance will be performed outside the warranty, and the customer will bear the maintenance costs.
