Autel km100 key programmer is a compact 5.5-inch Android tablet that works with the MaxiVCI V200 interface. It is a dedicated tool engineered specifically for generating smart keys, car remote programming, and performing IMMO learning directly via the OBD port.

What the KM100 Does (Core Functions)

• Smart IKEY Key Generation: Programs Autel IKEY universal key as a smart-key replacement for over 700 vehicles, generating the new key in just 60 seconds (50% faster).

• Remote & Key Programming: Supports frequencies 315/433 MHz and 868/915 MHz, covering 8 IKEY series and 37 models.

• OBD IMMO Learning: Provides IMMO learning via OBD for over 90% of models, supported by AutoVIN technology. Compatible IKEY IMMO types include ID46, 47, 49, 4A, 5C, Megamos 48, and MQB.

• Chip Read, Write & Clone: Offers comprehensive cloning (including 46 via password calculation, 42, 11, 12, 13, 33, 8C), 20-protocol chip editing, and Ford ID63↔ID83 conversion.

• Emergency Chip Simulation: Simulates ID46/47/48/49/4A/8A chips to start the vehicle when no physical chip is available.

• Ignition Coil Detection: Gathers IMMO protocol and transponder-type data; a function built into this compact device and not found in other devices.

• Key Unlocking / Renewal: Renews a used smart key so it can be reprogrammed for a new car, supporting 36 makes.

• Toyota Smart Unlocking: Supports the unlocking of original 4D 40/80-bit and 8A 128-bit Toyota chips.

• IMMO Data Processing: Calculates the password and writes it directly to the chip to make a spare key.

• Built-in APB112: Collects coil data, detects coil faults, reads 46/4D chip data, and simulates keys. The device operates through 6 main Job-Menu functions: Universal Key, Reading/Cloning, Transponder Function, Frequency Detection, IMMO, and Special Functions.

Important Technical Limits: IKEY keys are strictly Autel-brand only (it does not accept other key brands). For chips, it supports original and aftermarket options (such as the Xhorse super chip), however, the xt27 chip generates once and then requires an Xhorse tool to be reset. Please note: This unit is a specialist key and IMMO tool; it does not perform general vehicle diagnostics or maintenance service functions.
