Sensor Signal Simulation

Actuator Simulation & Timing Waveform

Built-in Multimeter

The module integrates a multifunctional multimeter capable of measuring AC/DC voltage (up to 700 V), resistance (up to 40 MΩ), and capacitance (up to 100 µF). It also tests diodes and uses an audible tone for continuity detection, consolidating necessary measurement tools into one device.

Integration with Launch X-431 Devices

• 7-Pin Interface Adapter Cable:
  • Used to connect the sensor unit and actuator unit for actuator testing. When testing the actuator, connect the sensor unit to the car battery for power.
• Battery Clamp Cable:
  • Connects the sensor unit directly to the car battery when using the actuator function.
• USB Cable:
  • Connects the sensor unit to the diagnostic tool, transmitting the collected signal for waveform display.
• 6-Way Breakout Leads:
  • Available with three different sizes of joints (1.0mm, 1.6mm, 2.8mm), these leads easily connect to the car’s existing harness interface for reading sensor signals. The output signal connects to the CH1/CH2 input port of the sensor unit via the 4mm banana plug on the other end of the lead.
• Multimeter Test Probes (Black + Red):
  • Primarily used to pierce wire insulation for electrical measurements without causing damage. They can also be used as tip probes when working with PCBs.
